2. Stand on a sheet of paper and trace around your foot.
3. Measure from the back of the heel to the tip of the longest toe.
4. Find that length in the CM or inch column. These values are foot length, not the shoe's inner length.

– Regular foot: take the size closest to your measurement.
– Wide foot or high instep: go one full size up.
– Narrow foot: take the size closest to your measurement.
